SimuTherm
SimuTherm is a web application available through our Simutence Hub and enables real-time analysis of thermokinetics during the processing of thermoplastic and thermoset composites.
SimuTwin
SimuTwin is a web application and access point to the results of manufacturing simulation. The required simulations are run offline as a service once and the results are made available online through our Simutence Hub.

Software Add-ons
Our software add-ons use Abaqus and Moldflow as a base and extend their modeling capabilities using their respective API. Use your existing software for advanced simulation for composites!
SimuDrape
SimuDrape is an add-on for Abaqus/CAE and Abaqus/Explicit for composites forming simulation and enables a fully automatized model setup for stamp and membrane forming processes. This includes advanced material modeling for engineering fabrics, tape laminates, prepreg materials, and chopped fiber materials.
SimuChain
SimuChain is an add-on for Abaqus/CAE for creating a virtual process chain, which enables the transfer of manufacturing effects predicted by process simulation into downstream FEA, such as warpage or structural simulation.
SimuFill
SimuFill is an add-on for Abaqus and Moldflow to capture the specificities of compression molding simulation with SMC, LFT, and GMT materials. This includes a data transfer from material forming with SimuDrape to material flow simulation in Moldflow. Moreover, modeling the crystallization and curing kinetics as well as pvT coupled with kinetics is enabled.

SimuWarp
SimuWarp is an add-on for Abaqus/CAE and Abaqus/Explicit for warpage analysis of thermoplastic (LFT, GMT, tape laminates) and thermoset (SMC, RTM, prepregs) materials. This includes the prediction of crystallization and curing kinetics, shrinkage, thermal strains, and residual stress, including stress relaxation.
