Dr.-Ing. Dominik Dörr

in linkedin

Dominik studied mechanical engineering at KIT and started as scientific researcher and doctoral student at KIT-FAST in 2014. He received his doctoral degree with distinction in October 2019 and has specialized in the development of simulation methods for thermoforming of thermoplastic UD-tapes. Between March 2016 and January 2019, he has been leading the working group for continuous fibers. Besides this, he was a Postdoctoral Associate at Western University between January 2019 and April 2022.
