The simulation of manufacturing processes is a powerful tool, which enables the virtual validation of the manufacturability without any real-world manufacturing piloting or validation. Beyond that, manufacturing effects, such as the final fiber structure in the manufactured part, is predicted. This information can be used for downstream simulation approaches, such as warpage and spring-in analysis, to improve their prediction accuracy.
